Where do I start.
K. I know…
Cathy and Craig. These two had a zoom consult with me and I remember I was so nervous, which I will be honest… doesn’t happen a ton anymore. I have photographed weddings for 13 years now! Why am I nervous???
I didn’t even know that the TELUS World of Science Center in Edmonton could do weddings. I googled the ceremony venue when I first got Cathy and Craig's inquiry and lost my mind. The ceremony was to be held in a planetarium theatre with 10K resolution 3D screens and in the DARK. I thought "If I don't get this wedding, I am doing something majorly wrong"
So on I go into the consult nervous as hell. And these two couldn't be more chill and down to earth. We all clicked right away and I made it pretty clear how badly I wanted to shoot their wedding. They booked me, I called my industry besties to celebrate and now here we are... with these two on my blog. Gah.
Enjoy this epic wedding day through my eyes everyone. (The couple is seeing this tonight for the first time as well!) AHHHH!!

One moment that really stood out for me at this wedding was when Cathy’s Mom said in her speech “If it rains today, that means your Dad is visiting”
It was nothing but a sunny day in Edmonton and rain was no where in my thoughts when her Mom said this., but low and behold when taking these two out for a night shoot it did just that.
Rained.
Moments like this happen all the time at weddings. What a treat to be part of them.

The wedding took place in Edmonton during the day and then St. Albert Alberta for the reception
Cathy & Craig had ~170 Guests attend their day and got married on Saturday August 14th 2021.
