Wedding Night Swim | The intimate elopement of Pierre & Moriah in Victoria BC

Yes that’s a champage cork in the water.

I met the Bride’s Mother, Faye. I asked her if I could take her portrait one night for a project I was working on. She said yes and during our shoot she said, “I have the most amazing daughters and maybe one day you will shoot their wedding!”

And guess what?

I did! I photographed her daughter Moriah’s wedding and it was epic.

The original wedding plans were to take place in France where the Groom, Pierre is from. It was booked for the summer of 2020. After a lot of chats and a couple other wedding plans we all finally got to be together for the long anticipated wedding of Moriah and Pierre.

The day took place in Victoria BC in their new home from getting ready to dinner to jumping in their pool at the end of the night. It was the most relaxed day with both Moriah and Pierre even helping make the dinner for the night.

Moriah and Pierre, it has really been a pleasure getting to know you two. All of our chats about the wedding plans showed me how much you two just adore eachother.

You two make a fantastic couple and it was a treat to be around you both on your wedding day.

Oh…. and for the fun swim at the end of the night. :P
