Thank you for your interest in a Nicturna session. These sessions were inspired by my Mother Odette and have a special magic about them. Working outdoors while a full moon, new moon or lunar related event is present brings an element of spirituality to these sessions. We believe in the energy of the moon and using it to unleash our inner Goddess. These shoots are for female identifying persons looking to celebrate their unique beauty and wanting to experience strong lunar energy.

These shoots will be limited availability in order to provide a very custom experience for every session. Every package has been named after a prior Nicturna Client who has inspired me.

The Dreaming Stage

Once your booking is confirmed your first stage in the Nicturna experience is a phone consult with me, Sofia. In this consultation we chat about what you love about yourself, what clothing you feel amazing in and what vision you have for your photoshoot. The small details of a shoot is what really brings the vision together. You will leave this stage knowing more specific details of your shoot vision, style and photoshoot details.

The Collaboration Stage.

Now we know the vision & we’ve chatted about the details. This is where both you and me, Sofia do the work needed to bring the vision together. On your end this means sourcing anything you are wearing, using in the shoot or how to do your hair and makeup / booking an artist. For me, Sofia this may be looking up a new technique to bring out a certain emotion or maybe sourcing a new color of lighting to match the energy you are going for.

The shoot night.

The night adventure begins.
We set a meetup spot and you’ll follow me in your vehicle to our first location. We will roam the location together, laugh a lil, chat about life and most importantly get some great images. My mind is most creative at dusk when I can play with shadows and nightlight. It will feel like a liberating adventure. Please keep in mind most of these sessions will include a little bit of night driving to get home after. You are always welcome to bring a friend along to be your driver if you please.

The Epilogue.

Your final edited images are chosen by Sofia. By now I understand your vision and have made a personal connection with you to understand more about what you love about yourself. I chose the final images I would like to retouch and give to you. These images are delivered on the next moon cycle (if your shoot is on a full moon, then the next full moon is your delivery date). They are delivered via an online personal gallery with unlimited downloads available.
