What camera and lighting gear do you use?

Our studio works with Canon 5DM4 bodies and Sigma Art prime lenses. We are ambassadors for strobepro lighting and use all of their systems for our lighting needs as well as the magmod lighting modifiers. Our second shooters and other primary photographers use Canon full frame bodies and L series lenses.

Do you photograph during the day?

We are most known for our night time photoshoots but also love some beautiful day light sunshine to work with. We are experts with light, all kinds. No light, harsh light, natural and soft light and even moonlight.

How many years have you shot weddings?

Sofia has been a primary lead wedding photographer for 14 years as of 2022. She first made this her fulltime career in April of 2010 never making less than a livable wage, something Sofia is very passionate about. Many of her second shooters and team member have been in the wedding industry just as long. We have team members with a range of expertise and experience.

How much is my deposit?

Wedding packages vary in price and the first non-refundable payment is 25% of the total package price. This first payment is in order to secure the date and our studio then says no to any other work requests that date.

Does your packages come with second shooters?

Sometimes. Every wedding is so unique, we like to assemble the best team possible for your event size and needs. Sometimes that is Sofia and a lighting assistant, sometimes that’s a team of 3-4 on a really big wedding.

Do we really need an engagement session?

Well we sure think so. Why wouldn’t you want to go check out the night sky for an unforgettable date night together? Engagement sessions are a great way to meet Sofia and get comfortable around the camera before the big day.
